If you are not satisfied with the product or if it is faulty, please contact our customer service.
All promises, one by one.
- If the supplied product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days.
- Exchange a product? Upon receipt we often send your new product the same day.
- Refund? Within 5 days of receipt the amount will be refunded.
- Turns out that the product is faulty after 14 days? You have 24 months warranty on all our products.
Return your product
Do you want to return a product? Within 14 days after receiving the product you can return your product.
How to return a product
- Complete the registration form, which can be found here and retun it to us by email to notify us of your return.
- Include a printed copy of the completed form in the return package. Our return address is provided at the bottom of this guide and on the return form.
Refund
Upon receiving your return, we carefully inspect the items to ensure they are unused and in their original condition, including laces and packaging. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 days.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
We do everything possible to refund the amount within 5 working days of receipt. But you can assume that you will receive the money within 14 days after your return notification. Refund of returned goods will be made via the payment provider that has been chosen when you ordered the goods.
