Description Sole and/or Contrefort replacement

Sometimes the heel needs to be replaced.

Because our boots are hand made, replacing the heel is no problem. While replacing the heel the soles need to be replaced as well (included).

  • The replacement is being performed by our master tailor.
  • The price includes return to The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For other countries extra shipping costs may apply.
  • The boots need to be supplied clean.
  • The repair will take 10 weekdays.
  • The possibility of repair is at the discretion of the master tailor.
  • When the boots are beyond repair, they will be returned to the owner and the paid amount will be refunded minus the applicable shipping charges.

Complete the following steps after placing and paying the order:

  1. Make sure the boots are completely clean
  2. Ship the boots in a firm cardboard box, with a copy of the order, to the following address:

  3. The repair will take 10 weekdays.
