I have not received my package
You expect a package but it is not delivered by us. Please check the following points:

In the mail, you will find the Track & Trace code. Check on the basis of this code or the period of delivery if it has possibly shifted. Have you not received a Track & Trace code? Please contact our customer service.

Is the delivery address you entered correct?
Check your mailbox
Have you received a not-home message? It is possible that your package has been delivered to the neighbours or the delivery service has scheduled a new time. Should you still not receive the package, please contact our customer service.
